Partner with us to deliver this exciting performance!
We are looking for venue partners, donors, sponsors and volunteers to support the work of our artistic team and increase community access to this unique large-scale dance project. Partners will be able to advertise to our participants and audiences, and will help OEV come alive with dance!
Host a Workshop
Do you have space in your business to host a workshop? The Book Bop is a simple 1-minute dance that is done seated or standing on one spot, while holding a book. It takes 30 minutes to learn and we can also include an info session about participating in the performances.
Sponsorship
The cast will be mostly volunteers, plus a few professionals. Could your business offer them a snack or drink between shows? Or maybe a coupon they can use to share a bite with a friend or family member in the audience? We’re also looking for props (fabric, pool noodles) and costumes (1920s style) and a few other items. Reach out if you can help with any of these!
Donations
Any amount helps! This project is funded in part by the London Heritage Council, but we need more funding to help cover the cost of props, costumes, promotions, and professional artists. The Centre of Movement Arts is a registered non-profit, but not a charity, so we cannot offer tax receipts for cash donations. You can donate securely online through Zeffy.
Volunteer
We need knowledgeable tour guides and volunteer dancers of all ages and abilities to join our Community Cast (all ages, no experience necessary!), plus general volunteers including tour helpers, security, artist assistants, and promotions. to help with the performances.
